I am a lifelong resident of Connecticut. I have 1 Rottweiler and a French Bulldog who are my world. I have worked with many charitable organizations such as MDA, Cancer and Diabetes and participated in Rides to support the cause. I have volunteered at Red Day while at my previous brokerage to give where we live.
My mission is to assist individuals in the sale of their home, purchase of a new home or a rental. I hold myself to the highest level of personal and professional integrity and promise to assist you each step of the way.
I am an expert in short sales and assisting those with distressed homes.

My name is Lavanya Bobba , born and brought up in South India. Migrated to the USA in 2011 and since then lived in CT for most part with my family (2 kids, my golden retriever puppy and my better half).
I have worked full-time in IT as a Software engineer for the last 15+ years, and graduated from UCONN Business school in 2019 with an MBA in International Business.
I am a passive real-estate investor and developed my passion in the real estate business during my MBA program ,which brought me to this journey as a Real Estate Agent. Looking forward to starting my real-estate career as a part-time agent with Brenda and team.
